I’m a Leadership Coach at 4 Dimensional Leadership and through Values Clarification, Coaching and Leadership Training Programs I help people like you to step your teams through change.

When I was in my late 20’s and early 30’s I found myself in leadership position after leadership position with no formal training but plugging the gaps due to vacancies within the healthcare system. Having to find my own role models was problematic and trying to run a service whilst minimising the risks was not without its challenges.

As I learned and treaded through the marshes of both the private and public sector worlds of health I knew I could discover ways to minimise risks whilst keeping my teams functioning at a high level. I quickly began to learn and read human behaviour and started to understand the emotional responses and behaviours related to politics of teams. I read many leadership book and have attended some of the best leadership training rooms,

I quickly found that having my values aligned served me well in leadership, it meant I would make the right decisions at the right time with little reactivity and a whole lot of certainty. I discovered that I absolutely loved leadership and found myself transforming into change leadership, now through coaching I help others in leadership positions.

As people started to see the difference in me and my leadership approaches, they began to ask more questions and asked for advice on culture norms, values in the workplace and my leadership styles. And this is when I knew that this was something I had to do and this is how my leadership program and team development workshops came about.
